Campus Compañeros is a semester-long mentorship community from the Latin American Business Club at Thunderbird — master's students mentoring undergraduates, compañeros who are a step ahead and have your back. Through intentional pairings, hands-on workshops, and real support, you'll gain clarity, build confidence, and finish the semester with something real in hand. Spots are limited, and every pair joins with a purpose.
Program Overview
-
No mixer, no guesswork — we match you through an assessment and intake, so you get a compañero who actually fits, not just whoever you happened to meet.
-
Every event pairs an activity with a takeaway — build your résumé side-by-side, tackle a case head-to-head, map your semester goals. You do something, and walk out with something.
-
Earn points all semester in the Compañeros Challenge, get featured on our channels, and finish with a certificate that proves you showed up and delivered.

Nobody Should Navigate Their Future Alone
“We built Campus Compañeros because we watched talented people around us do everything right and still feel like they were figuring it out alone. A compañero changes that — someone a step ahead who has your back."
